I have to say I'm a huge Starbucks fan. There is never a Starbucks I have entered that I did not love. This one really tops the cake here in the south Florida area. They have a drive through and they are very courteous and nice. Additionally, the crowd that comes here seems to be very nice as well. I would not mind recommending to Starbucks for you to go to.

Michelle the shift supervisor is seriously the BEST! Every time I come in she remembers my order and is as sweet as pie. It's little touches like this that make a HUGE difference. If she leaves I would seriously stop going to this Starbucks.

Loved this location but don't want to go there and relax on the weekends like I used to Because they removed all the comfy chairs. :( This makes me sad.

Went there to study and stayed until they closed the staff was awesome and very polite and the drink was perfect as usual. Love coming here because I'm never disappointed. Love the atmosphere and it wasn't too noisy so I could concentrate and get my studying done. Absolutely satisfied

Great place even just to unwind and stay awhile. They always make my coffee Spot on Late tall half a shoot 3 Spengler service is great.

I took a chance this morning and ordered a Multigrain Bagel toasted. The pastry bag (bread bag) it came in felt warm to the touch so I thought all was well. Once I got situated in the office to eat it, however, I was disappointed to find an Un-toasted bagel that did not even come close to the good bagels I get at Manhattan Bagel. Meh!

I recently moved to this area. I have a serious addiction to Starbucks. This location has taken my addiction to another level. The staff is super friendly. They're efficient, they know my order when I pull up to the drive thru. That makes it very personable. It makes me feel like they really care about me getting my morning fix! The service is great. It's quick and my coffee is always on point. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places in the whole wide world. This is my local Starbucks which I often frequent. I've never had any problems with The service actually quite the contrary I've always had great service, coffee is always made on point! I'm a drive-through type of gal and everyone is always very friendly and they greet you with a friendly smile. I typically order the tai chi latte nonfat iced and always made to perfection!

After moving I was forced to change from my beloved Miami Shores location for my weekly Starbucks fix. Grudgingly I have been coming to this SW Ranches location and my experiences here have not made me miss the Shores Starbucks any less. Although this location has a drive-through (which is great), the store employees seem to be way more heavily focused on servicing the drive through window. This means if you actually decide to get your lazy ass out of your car you end up waiting way longer even with an empty line. On the many occasions I have come here there seem to be only 2-3 employees taking care of walk ups while there are 5 or more employees taking care of the drive through orders. I once came in with no line and had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. Meanwhile the cars were speeding by the drive through window. In addition for some reason the coffee isn't as warm with the walk-up orders. Well I've learned my lesson and I only do drive-through now. My wife even noticed the difference saying the coffee was burning hot now that I've switched. Stick to the drive-through here as it's pretty efficient, although it definitely lacks the personal touch I am used to at Miami Shores.

I typically visit this Starbucks location on my way to work or on my way back from work. It's convenient because this Starbucks has a drive-thru which is a feature that several of them don't. The line usually moves pretty quickly which means they're good with their organization and the making of the drinks. I'm greeted every time that I going to the store and the barista's always provide some advice when I'm unsure of what I want to drink. It's typically always a pleasant experience when I come to this location.

The caramel macchiato is my new favorite but, I have to constantly complain as almost every other coffee type I get here is burnt. This is a shame. I hate paying $4+ per drink to take the first sip while driving to work and realizing both the burnt coffee taste and that I can't be late for work to complain directly. I really wish they had better quality control on their product. Other than that the Caramel Macchiato is tasty when its not burnt of course. I use to get the mocha frappuccino but, I moved on. The parking is average. Seating is reasonable.

If you're coming to this Starbucks, you have to go through the drive-thru no matter how long the line is. The employees here primarily focus on drive-thru orders, especially during peak times. I stopped here one morning and there must have been 10 people at the drive-thru so I decided to park my car and walk-in. Big mistake. I ended up waiting 15 minutes and I was the only person in the store. Cars were pulling up to the window however and getting their order very efficiently. Be careful at the drive-thru if you use your phone to pay though. One of the cashiers dropped my phone on the concrete once because she didn't realize I wasn't expecting her to hand it back at that moment, as she handed it back to me with her back turned the opposite direction. Thank goodness for Otterboxes!

I honestly love this starbucks! The service is consistently awesome and the employees create a warm, comfortable environment which I love! I normally go inside as opposed to the drive-thru because 1) It actually tends to be faster contrary to popular belief 2) it seems to be a bit rushed in the drive-thru which is understandable but they have messed up my drink a few times that way. All in all, I love this starbucks. I am always a bit hesitant when going to the starbucks in this general area because some of them have this negative vibe going on as well as being disorganized and kind of rude. This starbucks is one starbucks I go to regularly now due to the great service and even greater beverage quality! A big thanks to the employees that keep this place so awesome :-)

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every morning there is a line for the drive through that is out to the road. You have to leave your house 20 min early to account for how slow their service is. They have at least 7 people working there in the morning and yet the line does not move. If you're thinking of going inside to get in a shorter line, think again. They pay less attention to the inside line. None of the employees listen to the orders. The orders are consistently incorrect and the employees are less than eager to fix the mistake. Starbucks needs to get an adult in there in the mornings and get this place moving. As it stands, they should be ashamed to call this a Starbucks.

This is the Starbucks that I turn to when I am heading down South for class. Unfortunately, everyone else is also in the mood for rush hour caffeine. The line goes by pretty quickly. The person who talks to you over the speaker is usually friendly and offers to sell you additional sweets. Other than that, I've never been inside, just a drive-by!

this Starbucks is the best in the area. The one on Pines can never get my basic drink right. It's upsetting. This Starbucks is on point. I wish they could move the line faster along...but other than that they're great!!

I love that this location has a drive thru. However they need to pick up the pace in the mornings when it's at its busiest. Always check your cup before you drive off or it can be fifteen minutes to replace your order.

I got a cookie dough frap and honestly it wasn't so good it had too much cinnamon and it was watered down. My step mom got a cotton candy frap and hers was also watered down the same as my step brothers. Would not go there again. They didn't even know how to make the two of the three drinks.

Starbucksaholic here...it's pretty bad. Me, I mean. I cannot go without it. First time visiting this location. I rarely sit and drink. It's usually the drive thru for me. Ample lane for it unlike other locations. Fast service which was great. Right off of 75 for when the urge hits. Quick in and out.

What I like about this Starbucks is that it seems to be free of the usual morning rush hour sh*tshow that pervades so many other locations. Of course, the two reasons for this are probably 1) it's on westbound Sheridan, thus the eastward-commuting west Broward soccer moms are too lazy to make a left turn, and 2) it's a stone's throw from the 'Glades in Mosquito Larvae Lagoon, FL (errr, Southwest Ranches), off I-75. I was here at 8AM on a weekday, and there was no waiting. Amazing. The latte wasn't bad, either. If you need a quick restroom-and-coffee break before tackling Alligator Alley, this is your "last chance" stop. Oh, and if you're traveling north on I-75, you want to turn left on Sheridan, not right - the interstate's exit signs don't make it clear which way you need to go.

This must be the worst Starbucks ever! I come here every Sat and Sun morning. The patio is always filthy, littered with dirt, the umbrellas are always broken so no shade. One of the employees said "it's too hot to be outside anyway". But that's not for her to decide, is it? At other Starbucks where I frequently come they know always my regular "Grande Cappochino" but here they have no idea what de regular customer wants. If it has rained the seats are always wet. I hate this place, but it is the closest to where I live. A disgrace for Starbucks!!!!!!!!!

Something about the bitter taste of this coffee, I have never been a fan of. My daughter lives at Starbucks. I purchase many gift cards for her. She has like four on her college campus. We were at Lowes purchasing a tree so as hubby goes inside to pay, daughter and I decide to go to Starbucks across the parking lot. It was slightly cold outside and we wanted something warm. Daughter begs me to order something and I was like " No, I do not like their coffee". For the holiday season they have different flavors and drink options. Daughter gets the peppermint and I choose the Crem Brulee. This Starbucks has a drive thru and very clean inside with nice couches to relax with your laptop, free wifi. The desserts looked so good, I had to pull myself away from ordering any. Our coffee is ready and I am not very excited to drink, thinking there is no way I will like it. To my surprise, it was very good. It was a tad sweet for me but the flavor was awesome. I normally do not like flavored coffee but yes, this cup made me a fan. I still think their prices are high but I finally found a cup that I could drink and enjoy. To bad they only carry it through the holiday season. I will be back and order this again. The service was good. It really got us in the holiday spirit with Andrea Bocelli Christmas music playing in the background, and they are selling his CD for $12.95........Oh what a start for a great holiday.

Chance are you have been to Starbucks, several times. So I'm not going to bore you with all the details. But if you haven't been to one yet, click here starbucks.com/store-loca… and go to one nearest you, NOW. Anyways, here is what I want to say about this particular place. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Has drive-thru. Not 24Hours. A lot of people come here, parking can be a hassle and wait can be long. Popular place with the young crowd, sometimes very noisy in an obnoxious way.
